The approach

Integrative and relational, at the pace you can manage.

Integrative

Drawing on psychodynamic, person-centred and attachment-informed traditions - rather than one rigid method. We use whatever genuinely helps you.

Relational

The relationship between us is part of the work, not the backdrop to it. What happens in the room is data, and it's where most of the change quietly happens.

Unhurried

We move at the pace your nervous system can tolerate. Not the pace that looks productive, and never faster than you can stay present with yourself.

What a first meeting is like

We begin with a free fifteen-minute call - a chance to hear each other and see whether working together feels right, before either of us commits to anything.

If we continue, your first full session is simply a conversation. You won't be asked to tell your whole story at once. We'll go slowly, notice what matters, and let the work take shape from there.
